By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account, except where copies are retained in routine backups.
You are solely responsible for your User Content, including its legality, accuracy, and appropriateness.

The Service allows you to upload video files directly or provide links to videos hosted on third-party platforms (such as YouTube) for AI-powered clipping and export workflows.
When you provide a link to a third-party video, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that video in the Service, and that your use complies with the third-party platform’s terms of service.
We do not verify or guarantee that you hold the required rights to any linked or uploaded content.
6. Copyright and permission responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, link, process, edit, export, and publish any content through the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, rights under copyright law, trademark law, and any applicable third-party platform rules.
We do not provide copyright detection, content moderation, or automated rights verification. If we receive a valid complaint or legal notice regarding your content, we may remove the content and/or suspend your account as described in these Terms.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at kokojamgotchian007@gmail.com.
7. AI-generated clips and outputs
